Booking conditions
A binding booking of a holiday apartment in the requested period of stay with the specified number of persons only takes place upon receipt of the agreed down payment (30% of the total costs). Thereafter, a booking is binding on both sides.

Unless otherwise agreed, the balance (rent less the deposit) is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation
If a booking is considered fixed and binding after receipt of the deposit and no cancellation conditions were offered in the written or verbal offer, the booking can be canceled under the following conditions (cancellation):
Up to 61 days before the arrival date stated in the booking, a booking can be canceled free of charge and with full refund of the deposit.
If you cancel between 60 and 15 days before your arrival date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total price.
If a booking is canceled within 14 days of the arrival date, the fee is 100% of the total price.
Arrival and departure
The handover of the apartment can be made on arrival from 15.00 to 20.00 o'clock. The handover on departure has to be done by 10.00 o'clock of the departure day.
Please inform us before arrival when you expect to arrive at the Fürthermoar Gut. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 apply.
